Starcasino bonus in Belgium: Xtra Payout replaces the welcome deal
Starcasino does not hand Belgian players a welcome bonus or free spins, and no promo code changes that: Belgian law has banned casino bonuses since September 2024. Instead, every bet earns Starcoins in the Xtra Payout programme, which you spend in the Starshop or turn into boosts, plus missions and PvP tournaments from €0.01. For a regular player, that is a reward system that never runs out after the first deposit.

Starcasino free spins and promo codes: the Belgian reality
Search "Starcasino free spins" and you will find old pages promising deposit matches. They date from before 1 September 2024. Since then, Belgian-licensed operators may not give any welcome bonus, free spins, no-deposit credit or deposit bonus, whatever the code. Before the ban there was already a €275 monthly cap.
Starcasino plays by those rules because it is fully Belgian: A+8112 through the Grand Casino de Chaudfontaine for the casino, B+4092 for Stardice and F1+ 116431 for Starsport. So the question is not "which code?" but "what do I get for playing?". The answer is surprisingly rich. Starcasino is one of the few Belgian sites that turned the ban into a proper rewards system instead of a couple of random promos, and the site even runs in 14 languages, English included, so every rule of the programme is easy to read.
How Xtra Payout rewards you, step by step
- Play: every bet earns Starcoins.
- Climb: 7 ranks, from Standard up to VIP.
- Spend: the Starshop swaps Starcoins for vouchers, a PS5, merchandise, with discounts up to 30%.
- Boost: Weekly Boost, Daily Spin and Xtra Spins come with your rank.
Next to the loyalty ladder, you get the Money Vault mini-game, missions with daily promotions and boosts, and PvP tournaments such as the daily RedPanda events with entry from €0.01, plus provider multiplier tournaments.
Why do I rate this above a typical old-school bonus? Because you never have to lock your deposit behind a wagering requirement to earn anything. Your Starcoins come from bets you were going to place anyway, and a €0.01 tournament entry lets you compete for prizes without changing how you play.

Cash in the hall, thousands of games online
Starcasino has a network of land-based gaming halls, and you can deposit or withdraw cash there or at the Grand Casino Chaudfontaine. Online, choose from Bancontact, Bancontact mobile, Payconiq (now Bancontact Pay), Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Skrill, Paysafecard, Neosurf and Rapid Transfer. Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after KYC, instant withdrawals to a verified bank account go up to €500 a day, and the minimum withdrawal is €10. A plain bank transfer can take longer depending on your bank.
The catalogue comes from 140+ studios, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming and Yggdrasil among them, with demo mode and a Starcasino exclusives category including Lucky Pots x1000 and 4 Hot Chillies. Dice fans get Hot Cubes, Infinity Dice and Mega Wheels on Stardice.
Worth signing up?
Yes, especially if you like collecting points toward something tangible. One downside: casino, dice and sports run as separate sites and apps under different licences, so your Starcoins journey starts on the casino side.
Licence, apps, support and limits are all covered in the full Starcasino review. To see how this programme stacks up, browse every Belgian casino promotion. Want cash-convertible coins instead of a shop? The Casino 777 MaxPayout club is the closest rival. My advice: sign up at Starcasino with itsme and let the Starcoins pile up from your first bet.
