Online Casino Bonus in Belgium: What You Really Get in 2026
Searching for an online casino bonus in Belgium, a no deposit bonus or a batch of free spins? Here is the straight answer: since 1 September 2024, Belgian-licensed casinos are not allowed to offer any of them. No welcome bonus, no deposit match, no free spins, no promo code that unlocks a hidden deal. Any site still flashing a big welcome package at Belgian players is operating without a licence. That does not mean you get nothing. Licensed casinos now compete with loyalty clubs that pay out in cash, tournaments with real prize pools, daily drops and missions. Some of those rewards are worth more than an old-style bonus buried under wagering requirements. This hub explains the ban, shows what each casino offers instead and links to every casino's bonus page.

Why Belgian casinos stopped offering bonuses
The law of 18 February 2024, which amended the Gaming Act of 7 May 1999, bans licensed operators from offering any advantage in any form designed to recruit, retain or influence players. Since 1 September 2024 that covers welcome bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins, free play and gifts. Before that, bonuses were already capped at €275 per player per month. In December 2025 the Constitutional Court upheld the ban, so it is here to stay.
What this means for you: a promo code typed at sign-up unlocks nothing at a licensed casino. If you see a no deposit bonus advertised to Belgian players, you are looking at an offshore site that sits outside the Kansspelcommissie register.
What you get instead
- Loyalty clubs paying in cash: the Napoleon Club converts tickets into cash rewards with 5–12% cashback on net losses, Casino 777's MaxPayout turns coins into real money from €0.01, and Bingoal Coins convert to cash. Details on the Napoleon Games bonus page and the Casino 777 promotions.
- Tournaments with real prize pools: Unibet's Tournament Zone runs events worth up to €10,000 each, and bwin ran the Big Bounty Challenge with €100,000 shared by 7,000 winners. See the Unibet bonus in Belgium and the bwin promotions explained.
- Drops and jackpots: Unibet's Drops & Wins pays up to €3,000 daily, Casino 777's Super Drop hands out €1,000 every Friday, and Circus runs non-stop Cash Drops. The Circus Casino bonus page lists them all.
- Missions and boosts: PepperMill's Super Boost adds 50% to your biggest daily win (up to €10 a day), Oria's Boost Hub pays a daily +200% boost, and BeCasino's BeBoost doubles winnings on a dice spin. Check the PepperMill bonus page and the BeCasino promotions page.
- Shops and rewards: Starcasino's Xtra Payout programme has 7 ranks and a Starshop with vouchers and gadgets. More on the Starcasino bonus page.
Why this can beat an old-school bonus
Old welcome bonuses looked big but came locked behind wagering requirements, and most players never cleared them. Today's rewards are mostly paid in cash or cash-convertible coins, earned on play you were doing anyway. A cashback club like Napoleon's or a daily drop at Unibet puts money in your balance without the bonus maze. Do check the small print on each programme, though: Napoleon Club tickets expire after 30 days and Circus loyalty points lose 0.7% a week.
Which casino has the best promotions?
For pure value, Kevin rates three ahead of the pack: Napoleon Games for its cashback club, Unibet for the volume of drops and tournaments, and Casino 777 for MaxPayout's 11 levels. Frequently asked questions
No. Since 1 September 2024, Belgian-licensed casinos may not offer welcome bonuses or any other advantage meant to recruit or retain players. The Constitutional Court confirmed the ban in December 2025.
Not at any licensed casino. No-deposit bonuses fall under the same 2024 ban, so a site advertising one to Belgian players is operating without a Belgian licence.
No, free spins count as a banned advantage for Belgian-licensed operators since September 2024. Instead, casinos run tournaments, drops and boosts paid on your own stakes, such as PepperMill's Super Boost or Oria's Boost Hub.
A promo code cannot unlock a bonus at a licensed Belgian casino, because there is no bonus to unlock. Codes you find online either belong to other markets or to sites without a Belgian licence.
Loyalty clubs with cash or cash-convertible coins, tournaments with prize pools, daily drops and jackpots, and missions or boosts. Napoleon Games, Unibet and Casino 777 have the strongest programmes in Kevin's view.
