BeCasino review Belgium: the dice specialist from the PMU family
This BeCasino review is about a young, 100% Belgian site that bets everything on dice games. BeCasino launched in 2023 under a B+ licence and is run by Eurotiercé, the Belgian betting arm of the French PMU group. The pitch is simple: dice slots, cash rewards through missions and the BeClub, two in-house jackpots and withdrawals in your bank within the hour. If that is your kind of game, open your BeCasino account and claim your first missions today.

Is BeCasino legit? The quick verdict
Yes, BeCasino is legit and safe in the legal sense: it appears in the Gaming Commission's B+ register, it applies the 21+ rule and the Belgian deposit limits, and it checks the EPIS exclusion register at sign-up. Here is the site at a glance:
| Point | BeCasino |
|---|---|
| Licence | B+ 4264 (online gaming hall) |
| Online since | 2023 |
| Operator | Eurotiercé (PMU group) |
| Games | roughly 735 to 1,000, dice-focused |
| Withdrawal | within the hour once verified, from €10 |
| Score | 4.1/5 |
What makes it stand out? Two things. First, the BeCasino withdrawal: Instant Cash sends your money to your bank account within the hour after verification. Second, the promo engine. With bonuses banned, BeCasino has built one of the most complete reward systems on the B+ market, and every piece of it pays in cash or boosts rather than locked bonus money.
Licence and operator: B+ 4264, Madison and Eurotiercé
The structure behind BeCasino is a little unusual, so here it is in plain English. The B+ licence (number 4264) belongs to SA Amusement With Prize and is linked to the Madison Casino gaming hall. The website itself is operated by Euro Tiercé SA under a partnership with that licence holder.
Eurotiercé is not a newcomer. It is the Belgian subsidiary of PMU, the French horse-racing giant, it has been a betting operator in Belgium since 2008 and it holds its own F1+ licence (117999) for horse-race and sports betting. That is real substance behind a brand that only went online in 2023.
Because this is a B+ licence and not A+, BeCasino is an online gaming hall, not an online casino attached to one of the nine land-based casinos. In practice that means a dice-heavy catalogue and a smaller game range than the A+ giants. Same regulator, same protection, same tax-free winnings in principle.

Game library: dice first, everything else second
Dice games are the core of BeCasino. Dice slots, the Belgian gaming-hall format where reels show dice instead of fruit, fill most of the lobby, and several titles carry an Exclusif tag. If you don't know the format yet, our explainer on dice games covers it in two minutes.
The catalogue counts somewhere between roughly 735 and 1,000 titles depending on the source. That is small next to A+ casinos with thousands of games, but the provider list is well chosen:
- Gaming1 and Mr. Sloth for Belgian dice content
- Pragmatic Play and Endorphina for video slots
- Greentube (Novomatic) for the classics
- Evolution, the reference for live content
Live dealer games are not the focus here. If roulette and blackjack with a real croupier are your main thing, an A+ casino will serve you better. If you play dice slots, BeCasino has exactly what you need.
Sports, poker and bingo
BeCasino is casino and dice only. There is no sportsbook, no poker and no bingo on the site. Eurotiercé does hold an F1+ licence for horse-race and sports betting, but that activity runs outside BeCasino, so don't expect a shared wallet for the weekend's football.
BeClub, missions, BeBoost: what replaces the bonus
Let's deal with the bonus question once. Since 1 September 2024, Belgian-licensed sites may not offer welcome bonuses, free spins, no-deposit or deposit bonuses. No BeCasino promo code changes that. Here is what you actually get:
- Missions: daily challenges that pay out in BeBoosts, BeCoins or real money
- BeClub: cashback in BeCoins on your stakes, exchangeable for cash
- BeJackpot: a Random Jackpot with no cap and a Lucky Jackpot up to €500, with automatic participation
- BeBoost: doubles your winnings on a spin of dice games and slots
- Weekly tournaments and a Provider of the Month
For me this is the strongest argument for BeCasino. Cashback that turns into cash, jackpots you enter just by playing and missions every day: that is worth more than a welcome bonus buried under heavy wagering requirements. Details on our BeCasino promotions page.

BeCasino withdrawal and payment methods
The payment menu is short and 100% Belgian-friendly: Bancontact for casino deposits, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Paysafecard. No PayPal, no Skrill, no other e-wallets according to the help centre.
Withdrawals are where BeCasino shines. Instant Cash pays to your bank account within the hour once your account is verified, with a €10 minimum. Most bank-transfer casinos ask you to wait one to three business days, so this is a real difference.
- Minimum withdrawal: €10
- Speed: within the hour after verification
- Methods: Bancontact, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Paysafecard
My tip: upload your documents right after registration. Verification is what unlocks the one-hour payout, and you don't want to do it the moment you hit a win.
Mobile, itsme and support
BeCasino has no native app in the App Store or Google Play. The site is responsive and runs in Safari or Chrome on your phone, so you lose an icon, not features.
Signing up takes a few minutes. You confirm who you are (itsme is the fastest way on Belgian sites; your eID data works too), the site checks the EPIS register, and you set your deposit limit. The Belgian default is €200 per week per site, which you can ask to raise to €500 after a check with the National Bank credit register.
The weak spot is support. There is no live chat: you get a help centre in French and Dutch, a ticket form and email at support@becasino.be. The site itself is available in French, Dutch and English, which helps if you are an expat.
Who BeCasino suits: compared with Peppermill and Golden Palace
BeCasino is made for dice-slot players who want cash rewards without bonus small print and fast payouts to a Belgian bank account. If that is you, it ticks every box.
Its closest rival is Peppermill Casino with Instant Cash: same one-hour payout promise, but 26 providers, live chat and phone support. If you want an app and e-wallets, look at the Golden Palace dice site, which offers native iOS and Android apps, PayPal and Skrill. BeCasino wins on promo mechanics and the PMU backing; it loses on catalogue size and support. See the full ranking on our overview of licensed casinos.

🏁 Kevin's verdict — 4.1/5
BeCasino earns its 4.1/5. It is not the biggest casino in Belgium and it doesn't try to be. It is a focused dice site with a serious operator behind it, payouts within the hour and a reward system that pays in cash and boosts. The missing live chat and app hold it back from a higher score.
If dice slots are your game and Bancontact is your wallet, BeCasino is an easy yes. Open your account, finish verification on day one and start collecting BeCoins from your first stake. Need live chat and more providers? Then go for Peppermill as the alternative.
