Carousel bonus in Belgium: random jackpots on every game
Carousel offers no welcome bonus, no free spins and no promo code to Belgian players, because the law has banned them since 1 September 2024. What it offers instead are two random jackpots, Cash Explosion and Turbo Treasure, that can drop on any game, plus casino tournaments, the Super Game mini-game and Mystery games. Pair that with withdrawals mostly processed within 3 hours and Carousel stays a strong pick for dice fans.

🎁 Cash Explosion and Turbo Treasure jackpots
Every spin is a jackpot ticket
Carousel's promo strategy is refreshingly simple. Two in-house jackpots, Cash Explosion and Turbo Treasure, drop at random on all games. You do not have to pick a special slot or pay a side bet: whatever you play, you are in.
Around that you get:
- casino tournaments with leaderboards,
- the Super Game mini-game,
- Mystery games for a surprise twist.
There is no birthday offer, and no loyalty scheme listed. But think about what that jackpot design means. Under the old welcome-bonus model, the extra value came once, at sign-up, and disappeared into wagering requirements. Here, every session carries the same shot at a random drop, from your first spin to your thousandth. On a dice site that matters even more: rounds are short and fast, so you get a lot of chances in a single session.
Carousel promo codes and free spins: not in Belgium
Carousel holds B+ licence 4248, the online gaming hall licence linked to its hall at Brugsesteenweg 13 in Harelbeke. Since 1 September 2024, Belgian licence holders may not give welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins or no-deposit credit. Before that, the limit was €275 a month. So any "Carousel bonus code" you come across is either from the old days or simply invalid.
One more thing worth knowing: Gaming1, the group behind Circus and Casino 777, announced in September 2026 that it had acquired 100% of Pac-Man NV, the company behind Carousel. Integration into the Gaming1 platform has been announced, without a timeline. For now, the promotions above are what you get.

🎁 Cash Explosion and Turbo Treasure jackpots
Online since 2012, fast payouts, PayPal accepted
Carousel has been online since 2012, making it one of the oldest Belgian dice-game sites. The catalogue leans heavily on dice: Mega Wheels, Infinity Dice, Take it or Not, Free Spinner, Rapid Rush and Money Wheel, Betsoft dice-slot versions made for Carousel, Fakir Dice slots, plus live tables from Evolution.
Payments are a strength. Deposit from €10 with Bancontact, Bancontact One-Click, instant bank deposit (BNP, Belfius, ING, KBC, Argenta and others), PayPal, Visa or Mastercard debit, Paysafecard with a Belgian card, or from just €5 with Neosurf. Withdrawals start at €10, most are processed within 3 hours (24 hours max) and then sent straight to your bank. Our PayPal casino page lists the other Belgian sites that take it.
Worth it?
Yes, if you like dice games and quick withdrawals. The minuses: no native app in the Belgian stores, support only through contact form and e-mail, and a brand in transition after the takeover. Registration is quick with itsme, and as on every Belgian-licensed site, your winnings are in principle tax-free.
My Carousel casino review covers the licence and the takeover in detail. To weigh it against the competition, browse our Belgian casino bonus hub. If you want jackpots with a guaranteed drop, compare with the Blitz must-drop jackpots. Otherwise, sign up at Carousel, deposit with Bancontact and let the random jackpots do their thing.
